Current SSFMC Playgroups
We offer weekday and weekend drop off playgroups for our Babysitting Co-op, as well as, regular playgroups for children of all ages. We get together with our kids, usually once a week, at a park or home, to play, talk and find new friends. As new members join the club, we may adjust our playgroup schedules or add a new one. Members who are interested in committing to a playgroup are asked to review & sign our Playgroup Guidelines. Bad weather cancels or changes location of playgroups scheduled outdoors. Make sure to call your Playgroup Rep for any changes.
Baby Playgroup: This group is for babies 0-16 months. We will meet at rotating homes for breastfeeding and baby advice. Older siblings welcome. There are now a Monday and a Wednesday group meeting. 11am-1pm.
Tuesday Walking group: Get out your stroller and let's get walking! This group will meet for a walk on Tuesday mornings at 9.15am at a local park.
Tuesday afternoon Messy Art Playgroup: 4pm-5.30pm. This group is for toddlers on up to have a chance to explore with art in a free environment. This allows parents to not be afraid of the mess, since we are all in it together!
Wednesday Afternoon Park Playgroup: 1-3pm. This group will meet in the afternoons at various parks for an all ages playgroup. If it is too windy or raining, we will meet at the Tanforan food court and then play at the indoor play area.
Thursday Morning Playgroup: 10am-12pm. This all ages playgroup will meet on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month, alternating between SF zoo and a local park for a massy art playdate.
Thursday Afterwork Playgroup. 6-7.30pm: This is an all ages playgroup that will meet in the evenings at various locations.
Friday Morning Playgroup: 10.30am-12.30pm: This all ages playgroup will meet at various parks as well as Pacelli Gym in Daly City for all the kids to play. Bring a picnic lunch if the weather is nice.
Friday Afternoon Playgroup: 3-4.30pm. This all ages playgroup is geared towards the after school kids, but all ages are welcome. They will meet each week at a local play park.
Saturday Playgroup: 11am-1pm. This all ages playgroup meets every other Saturday at a local park.
